Come and spend a fantastic weekend improving your photographic skills on one of the best sections of coastline that the UK has to offer.  Starting at the impressive and commanding Bamburgh Castle, where we will photograph this magnificent building from the beach areas.  Talking about composition, photographic technique and making the best use of available light.  The following day we will be spending time photographic at Holy Island (Subject to tide times).  This wonderful location presents lots of opportunities for exploring composition and will allow you to use a range of lenses to crate images that excite.  If time permits we will take in the harbour at Beadnell or Dunstanburgh Castle.  During the time of day when harsh light is present we will be spending some time talking about post processing skills in both Lightroom and Photoshop.  Although we cannot guarantee the weather our aim is for you to come away with some great shots, as well as some new skills that will improve your photography and raise the bar for your future development.

This weekend is open to everyone however you will require a DSLR camera and at least one lens which would be described as a general walkabout lens.  Although some knowledge of post processing would be helpful it is not essential as there will be opportunities to ask questions during the workshop.

We will meet at the Victoria Hotel in Bamburgh where we will head off to photograph the amazing coastline in the locality.  The tour will take in a number of sites subject to tides, times and weather but may include Holy Island, Beadnell and Dunstanburgh Castle.  The remainder of the time will be spent working on post processing skills with some opportunity to have a little downtime to visit the more commercial coastal town of Seahouses for lunch.
